Next year, I will be hosting my first international group trip to Florence and Rome in June 2024! This is my first time hosting a trip that will be available for my audience to join, so here are a list of answers to questions that I have received the most often.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I have to be a certain age, gender or race?
The trip is open to all genders of people 18 years and above. My audience is within the mid 20s to mid 30s range, so that is who I would expect to attend. Regardless of your age, we will be walking and moving ALOT so be prepared to do this on the trip.
2. What do I need to do to sign up?
To reserve your spot, you must pay a downpayment on this website. After you make the downpayment, you can set up a payment plan that is either monthly or in 2 parts. It is your decision how you would like to set up the payment plan.
3. What is included with the price?
The price includes 4 star hotel accommodation, transportation to and from the designated airport, some meals, various tours and activities for the duration of the trip. The specific hotels are not listed online (for safety purposes), but you can view all of the trip details here.
4. What is NOT included in the price?
The trip does NOT include flights from your home airport or personal expenses (alcohol, clothing, meals that are not listed in the itinerary). You must book your own flight to arrive and depart within the given time frame, which will be given after you reserve your spot.
5. How long will the trip be available?
The trip will be available until it is full or 6 weeks before the start date, whichever comes first. To avoid missing out, make your downpayment asap to officially reserve your spot.
6. How many people can go?
The trip has a maximum of 24 people.
7. Is this the only trip you’re hosting?
As of right now, yes. IF there is more interest, then I will consider adding another trip to a different destination.
8. Do you have to share rooms?
Room accommodations are doubles, meaning you will be sharing with another individual on the trip.
9. How are you ensuring strange folks or scammers do not come along on the trip?
This trip is for members of my online community that are either well aware of my platform, my personality, and the type of community I condone and support. Considering everyone must pay to be apart of the trip, I do not expect “scammers” or individuals that are not well meaning will pay to attend this trip.
In the event that I am suspicious of any individuals, I have the power to remove someone from the trip both before and after the trip occurs. I will use this power if needed to protect myself and other guests of the trip.
